Wine:
The 2022 Alsace Grand Cru Riesling Sommerberg is of undeniable class, presenting a very pure, almost crystalline profile. The aroma showcases ripe maturity with lots of freshness, elegance, and floral notes. The palate delivers the varietal's straightness; it's a sculpted texture that doesn't hide the maturity or the smoothness of the wine. With a comfortable aging potential of 10 years or more, it pairs beautifully with fish eggs, Aquitaine black caviar, or Arctic char, for instance. Rated 94/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
