Wine:

Marking the border of the Midi, 2 km from the 45th parallel, the 2022 white Côtes-du-Rhône Parallèle 45 tells the story of the south of France in a generous and gourmet style. The white aromas of flesh fruits and juicy pear compose a tasty, aromatic palette, which takes place on a frank and balanced palate of good volume, marked by a fresh and persistent finish. A model white wine with uninterrupted success! To be opened as an aperitif or with fish or mussels in curry.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.

Color:

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

Notes of white fruits punctuated by the scent of juicy pear.

Palate:

Fresh and balanced, this wine releases a palate with a frank structure and a persistent finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, fish, mussels in curry.

From now until 2025, and even more for enthusiasts.
