A historic name in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Solitude Estate is enjoying an exciting revival, led by Florent Lançon, who’s taken the wines to the very top tier of the appellation.

With 37 hectares of prime vineyard land — including plots on the legendary La Crau plateau — the estate practices smart, sensible viticulture that lets the terroir shine. The result? Wines with unmistakable style and stunning aromatic precision. These are noble bottlings through and through, built to age gracefully and to reveal layer after layer of gorgeous scent as they evolve.

The range is impressively consistent across the board — no weak links here — and it’s earned a full 5-star rating from the Bettane+Desseauve Guide, a key French reference in the wine world. With each new vintage, Florent Lançon keeps raising the bar, pushing this estate firmly into the ranks of the Rhône Valley’s most sought-after names.
