The 2023 Red Saint-Joseph is a textbook example of the appellation—a meticulously crafted Syrah that delivers beautifully defined aromas of black fruits, violets, and spices. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vines with an average age of 40 years, located in the communes of Tournon-sur-Rhône, Mauves and Glun. Vinification and ageing in plots for 14 months.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.
