The estate and the wine |
Antoine Dürrbach, a rising star of the French vineyard, has quickly demonstrated the full extent of his talent through gracious and deep wines that he vinifies according to his taste. Trained by Jean-Louis Chave and Laurent Vaillé, Antoine then joined the family vineyard in the Alpilles terroir, near Saint-Rémy de Provence.
At the same time, he developed a small consulting business with prestigious estates and now produces his own blends, giving free rein to his creativity without compromising on quality. He makes it a point of honor to chisel out wines of character with a southern accent in an original approach that always guarantees great freshness. |

The 2020 Red Antoine Dürrbach Selection wine immediately seduces with its southern nose of garrigue and dry herbs, between thyme, rosemary, and sage, on a background of abundant black fruits, wild blackberries, and cranberries. The palate is fresh and perfectly balanced, with a texture between velvet and silk, with tannins well over present. It is a harmonious whole, underlined by a note of graphite, with a crazy quality-price ratio! |
