The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A confidential family estate, the Alain Hugot Champagne has only five hectares in the Marne valley. These champagnes are thus elaborated in complete discretion and in the purest tradition from the traditional vines present in the appellation.

Discovering this kind of small, relatively unknown gem is a challenge among the multitude of winemakers present in the appellation... Which is why our Selection Committee is more than proud to present to you today this impeccable Brut champagne!
Wine Marked by the freshness of the Pinot Meunier grape which abounds in this wine, the Alain Hugot Brut Champagne delivers itself with ease in a ripe, floral and very pure profile. It is a rather generous champagne, whose palate is rich and full. With a light and vinous style, it will be perfect as an aperitif but also at the table, paired with a seafood platter. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, 75% base vintage 2016, 25% reserve wines 2015, vinification in stainless steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation, disgorgement in October 2020.
Dosage: 1g/l.
