The 2020 Red Sancerre Alphonse Mellot & VALAP is an ode to Pinot Noir. Vinified from whole grapes, aged in wood between barrels and tuns, it delivers the quintessence of the grape variety, its crunchy, infused side, in a Burgundian style. In this very ripe vintage, it offers an extra depth, a rich and juicy palate which augurs a good aging potential. |
