The Pic Saint-Loup, the coolest terroir in Languedoc, is a treasure trove of vibrant and expressive cuvées. Guided by the talent of Frédéric Mézy at Clos des Augustins, Le Prieuré de Beauregard has mastered this style, drawing from exceptionally well-placed clay-limestone parcels, among the most coveted in the region.
With altitude, an easterly exposure, and proximity to the first foothills of the Cévennes, the vineyard enjoys ideal conditions for producing fresh, lively, and striking wines, all certified organic. |

The 2023 Red Pic Saint-Loup delivers immediate charm and enjoyment. Its youthful nose bursts with fresh, vibrant aromas of dark berries and a subtle smoky hint. On the palate, it offers a dense, full-bodied texture with flavors of black fruit coulis and wild blueberries. Perfectly suited for pairing with roasted meats, duck breast, or a beef roast, this wine also shows great potential to age gracefully over the next three to five years. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee. |
