Wine From 0.8 hectares of vines, the 2022 Bourgogne Chardonnay White impresses with its freshness and purity, revealing ripe flavours and charming aromas of white fruits. Both rounded and vibrant, it benefits from subtle hints of oak that enhances its depth without overshadowing its character. This is everything you could hope for in a top-tier Chardonnay from this appellation—seductive, complete, and beautifully crafted.
Vinification Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in 350-litre barrels, 20% of which are new, then 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling.
Vines on 0.80 ha, planted in 1981, 2021, 2023, organically grown (no certification).
