The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Bruno Colin, awarded two stars in the French wine guide RVF, stands as one of the undisputed benchmarks of Chassagne Montrachet. Since 2004, this remarkable winemaker has charted a flawless course, working organically and defending a pure, elegant vision of Burgundy Chardonnay.

His nine hectares are spread mainly across Chassagne Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet and Saint Aubin, tended with impeccable care. The result is wines that are sleek, finely etched and masterfully crafted, marked by striking freshness and barrel ageing handled with rare precision.

Both the Whites and the Reds impress with their refined textures and their faithful expression of their terroirs.
Wine Sourced from nine different lieux-dits across 1.7 hectares, the 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc delivers a dense, persistent wine with refined appeal. This is a fleshy, delicately buttery white, marked by ripe citrus and stone fruit, driven by vibrant energy and a touch of zesty bitterness that adds lift to its generous texture. A deliciously textured, expressive wine that’s already showing beautifully in its youth.
Vinification Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in 350-liter barrels, 15 to 20% of which are new, then 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling.
Vines on 1.71 hectares, in 9 different locations: En Journoblot, Voillenots, Poirier du Clos, Les Beuttes, Puits Merdreaux, La Canotte, La Platière, Les Benoites, Le Chêne, planted in 1955, 1985, 1992, 2002, 2005, 2014, 2015, and 2016, using organic farming methods (not certified).
