The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Based in Bouzy, Champagne House Brice honours the tradition of terroir-focused champagnes, returning to the essence of what defines Champagne’s success. Sourcing primarily from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, including Bouzy, Verzenay, Aÿ, and Cramant, this house has become a key player in the region—combining tradition with a dynamic and modern approach.

Recognised for its excellence, Brice ranks in the RVF Top 10 for non-vintage champagnes and has recently joined the prestigious Top 50 Champagne Houses—a select group of trusted names in the industry.
Wine Composed of 70% Pinot Noir and complemented by Chardonnay, the Héritage XX Brut Champagne is a study in elegance, with fine, consistent bubbles. The complex nose reveals aromas of white flowers and pastry, enriched by reserve wines partially aged in barrels, delivering depth and maturity. On the palate, it offers a textured, well-structured profile that remains refined, indulgent, and beautifully balanced. Versatile and food-friendly, this Champagne shines as an aperitif or alongside fish, shellfish, or white meats.
Vinification Hand harvested, main base 2020, alcoholic fermentation and ageing in vats without malolactic fermentation. Part of the reserve wines are matured in barrels. Aged for 24 months on lees.
Bottled in July 2021. Disgorgement in July 2023.
