At the pinnacle of the Côte de Beaune, Chandon de Briailles is a historic estate awarded three stars by the French wine guide RVF. Known for its precision and purity, it remains steadfast in its commitment to authenticity and terroir-driven expression.
A firm believer in whole-cluster fermentation, the estate embraces a style that gives the wines structure and depth, evolving beautifully with time. It has also fully transitioned its 14 hectares to biodynamic farming, reintroducing horse-drawn plowing to preserve soil health and enhance vineyard vitality.
With a confident, time-honored approach, Chandon de Briailles crafts some of Burgundy’s most refined and age-worthy wines, built to develop gracefully over the years. |
