The estate and the wine |

Located on the eastern side of the Saint-Émilion appellation, Château Mangot spans 37 hectares of meticulously tended vineyards, overseen by the Todeschini family. Anne-Marie, Jean-Guy, and their two sons practice sustainable viticulture, respecting both biodiversity and the estate’s limestone-rich terroir. Their dedication yields beautifully refined wines, crafted with precision and a deep sense of place. |

From the outstanding 2019 vintage, Château Mangot delivers a wine of remarkable depth and precision. The palate is lush and velvety, with ripe, juicy fruit flavors bursting with clarity and definition. Hand harvested in plot-based zones. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 4 weeks. Aged for 13 to 15 months, 30% in new barrels, 20% in barrels used for one wine, 20% in barrels used for two wines, 20% in amphorae and 10% in stainless steel vats.
