David Duband, a celebrated winemaker from Côte de Nuits, has mastered the art of creating wines that reflect the true character of their terroirs. His approach centers on respecting the essence of the fruit, bringing out the unique identity of each vineyard.
Now at the peak of his career, with 2 stars in the RVF guide, Duband continues to produce elegant and polished wines. He skillfully ages his wines, often using whole cluster fermentation depending on the cuvée, resulting in beautifully mature vintages. |

The 2020 red Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru is one of Burgundy's finest wines. Hand harvested. Vinification 80% whole grapes. 40% matured in new barrels, 60% in barrels aged 1, 2 or 3 years. After 14 months' ageing, the wines are racked into vats, rested for 3 months and bottled without filtering or fining. |
