Wine Exemplifying precision, the 2020 white Puligny-Montrachet offers a full and charming body of lovely consistency, leading to a crystalline finish. This white wine is both generous and taut, amiable and clear-cut, immediately captivating but certainly capable of aging beautifully for several more years.
Vinification Hand harvested. Vines aged from 19 to 49 years. Soils: clay and limestone. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months, then matured en masse in stainless-steel vats for around 6 months to homogenize, refine and enrich the wine. Bottling during a favorable lunar period.
