The estate and the wine |
In this vineyard located on the outskirts of Saint-Emilion, Château Cru Godard benefits from all the attention of the Richard family, who pamper its vines like their own garden. Organic farming and biodynamic practices, old vines, fruit trees, woods and meadows, minimal wine making, without yeast: everything here is inspired by the earth, and the family’s passion and simplicity. |

Made from a majority of Merlot, the 2019 Red Francs Côtes de Bordeaux Chateau Cru Godard expresses itself around pure, fresh and balanced aromas of fruit, with a touch of fine spices. Enjoyable today, it is a model of claret, both supple and consistent, and a true bargain at such a price level! |
