The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine As discreet as it is critically acclaimed, Domaine Grossot is famous for the quality and precision of its Chablis, now certified organic. With unfailing regularity, the Grossot father and daughter work tirelessly to produce elite wines, formidable long-distance runners that pass the years with panache.
Wine Despite the low volumes of the vintage, the 2021 white Chablis retains its legendary finesse.  It is very fresh, with notes of shells and the beautiful resonance of its limestone. The tense, acidic, and threadbare palate leaves nothing to be desired: this precise wine, with its ripe and delicate texture, will delight everyone. To drink quietly over a decade with fish or cheese. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, light settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in vats, long maturation on fine lees.

The estate is certified in Organic Agriculture by Ecocert.
