Wine A perfect blend of Cabernet Franc, Gamay, and Côt, the 2023 Touraine Red Ad Libitum is a winning trio bursting with delicious charm. Delicate floral notes, fresh aromatics, and the distinctive graphite signature of Cabernet Franc all strike a perfect balance. With discreet oak aging, the lively, pure juice showcases the bright, juicy character of Gamay, wrapped in finesse and elegance. An easy-going, fresh, and joyful wine, perfect with roast poultry, charcuterie, or grilled meats. Awarded a Coup de Cœur and rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand-harvested, maceration and fermentation in concrete vats for 10 to 12 days, aged in concrete vats for 4 to 5 months, lightly filtered over soil before bottling. Certified organic wine.
