Wine Vinified with very little sulfur, the 2023 white Touraine Trinqu’âmes delightfully opens with very pure floral notes of fresh mint and vineyard peach, creating a complex, light, and airy nose. The palate is equally compelling, featuring both ripe and delicate notes with fine exotic flavors. This is a perfectly balanced white, with depth and beautiful minerality, suited for both an aperitif and pairing with fish dishes. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee
Vinification Hand harvested, grapes purchased from our partners, alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts in fiberglass vats, aged on fine lees for 4 months.
