In addition to his work there, he crafts a standout Morgon from the cherished Délys terroir, where his family has lived for over 200 years. This exceptional vineyard, also tended by the esteemed Daniel Bouland, produces a Gamay that's both rich and bursting with juicy, vibrant flavors—truly a must-try for any wine lover.
