The 2021 Red Aloxe-Corton Les Valozières unveils a Pinot Noir of good maturity, without being overripe, with aromas reminiscent of cherry and sour cherry juice, complemented by perfectly balanced oak. The palate meets our expectations, presenting an elegant wine with a solid structure, framed by fine tannins. Here's a digestible ensemble, with delightful freshness, where the oak accentuates without overwhelming. It's best enjoyed over the next 3 to 5 years. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee. |
