Each cuvée is a faithful reflection of its origin, crafted with meticulous care and deep respect for both vineyard and nature.
Wine An exceptional value, the 2023 Burgundy Hautes Côtes de Nuits Chardonnay White showcases the purity of the grape in a fresh, refined, and floral bouquet, lifted by subtle oak that never overwhelms. The palate combines ripe concentration with a finely etched acidity, delivering both depth and elegance. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand-picked grapes. Vines aged between 35 and 40 years old, covering an area of 1.11 hectares in the wine-growing commune of Meuilley. Annual production of 6,000 bottles.
