The 2022 White Chablis Premier Cru Montmains showcases a classic Chablis profile with a mineral-driven nose touched by subtle honeyed notes. Its freshness is remarkable, reflecting the wine’s evolving character. On the palate, it reveals a broad, textured structure with a chalky, taut core—a hallmark of the Montmains terroir. The discreet aging approach allows the purity of the wine to shine through. Ready to enjoy now or over the next 5 to 7 years, it has been rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee. |
