The estate and the wine |

At first, his English importer (also importer of Romanée Conti, Rayas...) wanted to make an easy, friendly wine... Gérard Gauby soon unveiled the Fenouillèdes terroir, and Domaine Le Soula became one of the region's must-visit addresses!
Trained at the finest estates in South Africa and the United States, Wendy Wilson took over the reins of the estate team in 2016 and its 22 hectares of vines, which have been farmed organically since the beginning, and biodynamically since 2008. |
