The 2014 Red Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Etoiles de Mondorion has reached full maturity. In this very successful vintage, of beautiful classicism, the merlot shines and delivers beautiful notes of fresh black truffle, as well as black fruit, in a fine, fresh and beautifully evolving body. The palate is perfectly balanced, with delicate tannins that offer a lot of pleasure at the dinner table. Here is a digestible and very pure Saint-Emilion, with a dense texture on a vintage of great finesse. A Selection Committee Favorite rated 93/100, an undeniable success ! |
