With humility and skill, he discreetly carves out his own path on 10 hectares, producing wines that are as balanced as they are pure—thanks to organic farming practices. His whites are exceptionally pure and his reds have a delightful crispness. |

The 2021 red Sancerre once again showcases the undeniable expertise of whole bunch vinification, a hallmark of the estate. The wine consistently delivers beautiful purity and well-ripened, expressive fruit, with a satisfying crunch and plenty of freshness. It's a delight to drink now and will remain so over the next five years. |
