The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A discreet yet remarkable estate, Henri Prudhon & Fils is based in Saint-Aubin and quietly holds parcels in some of Burgundy’s finest terroirs—including prime sites in Puligny-Montrachet.

Working across around fifteen hectares, Vincent and Philippe Prudhon take a true artisan’s approach, crafting age-worthy wines that reflect the purity and character of each vineyard with precision and integrity.
Wine The 2023 Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères White is a brilliant expression of its exceptional terroir, offering a refined and precise aromatic profile where subtle oak aging gives way to distinctive mineral and chalky nuances. On the palate, it’s dense, pure, and beautifully concentrated, with a finely judged touch of oak that enhances its youthful charm without overpowering it. This is a standout bottle with real aging potential—deserving of time in the cellar, and likely to evolve gracefully over 8 years or more. It's worth noting that this prized vineyard lies just next to the Grand Cru Bâtard-Montrachet. Awarded 93/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Two plots covering a total area of 92.38 acres, with vines aged between 30 and 80 years old. Pneumatic pressing. Aged on delicate lees for 15 to 18 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
