Carried by an exemplary maturity and a generous and gourmet vintage, the 2020 red Côte Rôtie La Chavarine is a model of its appellation. This blend of two parcels of land in the Chavaroche area has a concentrated and elegant structure, framed by very fine tannins, and surrounded by a pure and frank palate. It is a very complete and fresh wine, with density and perfectly well balanced tannins. It deserves a little patience and will ideally be opened at the end of the year. Rated 93/100 by the Committee. |
