Wine The 2022 red Swartland Pofadder Cinsault is a remarkably fresh red, subtly spiced, adorned with beautiful floral notes and red fruits. Vinification Harvested by hand. Vinification in concrete vats with 50% whole bunches and 50% destemmed grapes. Fermentation lasts approximately 30 days. Aged in 28-year-old conical oak barrels.
