The 2022 red Côte de Brouilly Cuvée Zaccharie is a wine that reveals itself with restraint, hinting at a fuller potential with a few more years of aging. While patience is key, the hallmarks of a major success are already present: ripe, concentrated aromas of stone fruits and black cherries, a meaty and tannic structure that’s elegantly wrapped, and a wine carried by intense tension and freshness.
