Made from meticulously selected grapes, the 2023 Chablis Les Chanoines White opens with delicate, shell-like aromas and a refined mineral character. On the palate, it’s taut, sharply defined, and beautifully traditional—its lack of oak aging allows the pure minerality to shine through. This is a textbook Chablis, perfect for learning to appreciate the style, and an ideal match for seafood, grilled fish, or goat cheese. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.

The 2022 Chablis Premier Cru Les Vaudevey White is a brilliant expression of its terroir, showcasing the site’s signature minerality with fresh, chalky nuances on the nose. The palate is focused and vibrant, with impressive concentration and precision. Give it a bit more time—this wine will truly come into its own within the next two years. But all the hallmarks of a great Chablis are already in place. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

With its refined chalky character and a nose that balances ripe fruit with freshness and minerality, the 2022 Chablis Grand Cru Les Bouguerots White lives up to the prestige of its terroir. The aging—expertly handled and seamlessly integrated—adds a noble, elegant dimension, while a subtle hint of honey enhances the wine’s vibrant acidity and classic structure. It’s a bright, focused Grand Cru built for aging. Rated 93–94/100 by our Selection Committee and 96/100 by Bettane+Desseauve.
