The epitome of its grape variety, the 2018 white Alsace Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives delivers intense notes of rose and lychee, scents that abound like a great perfume. The rich frame, carried by a liqueur of great freshness, is straightforward, detailing notes of quince and candied fruit, with a hint of spice and honey. The acidic trail and the little pearl-like touch give vibrancy back to the wine, which possesses an incredible velvety quality. A great sweet wine to be savored on its own or to be associated with a marbled pastry. Rated 97/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
