The 2015 Red La Fleur-Pétrus is a wine of remarkable depth and poise. Its texture is both silky and intense, carried by an impeccably precise structure. Vinification:

Hand harvested, double sorting, traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. Aged for 16 to 18 months in oak barrels (50% new).

Color:

Dark garnet.

Aromas of ripe black fruits (black cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry) combined with subtle woody notes, liquorice and spices.

Palate:

A Pomerol with great depth, intense and silky texture, vibrant fruit and chiselled tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
