Wine:

The 2021 White Corton Grand Cru is simply stunning, delivering vibrant citrus aromas, hints of wheat, and fresh orchard fruit with remarkable precision. Powerful, finely chiseled, and intensely structured, it benefits from an elegant aging process that seamlessly fades into the background, allowing the grandeur of the terroir to take center stage. A model of length and freshness, this is Burgundy at its finest.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Matured in 228 litre oak barrels used for several wines. Bottled at the estate.
Plot size: 0.6 ha.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Pan-fried foie gras, sea bream, Bresse chicken with morels, Brillat-Savarin.
