Made from 120-year-old vines on the edge of the 1er Crus on the Pommard side, the 2021 red Beaune Les Beaux Fougets displays superb concentration, ripe flavors of fruit and a first-rate, balanced structure. Hand-harvested, totally de-stemmed.Alcoholic fermentation in cement vats for 10 days, then aged for 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels.
