Wine:

Shaped by a discreet, perfectly balanced aging, the 2023 Burgundy Hautes Côtes de Nuits Pinot Noir Red opens with a pure, floral bouquet. The palate shows real substance and depth, carried by vibrant fruit and silky, refined tannins. Fresh and harmonious, with shimmering fruit character, it can be enjoyed now or cellared for 5 years or more. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-picked grapes. Vines aged between 35 and 40 years old, covering an area of 1.69 hectares in the wine-growing commune of Meuilley. Annual production of 6,000 bottles.


Produced on a Level III High Environmental Value (HVE) farm.

Color:

Intense red color with bright garnet-red highlights.

Nose:

Very pure and delicate, with beautiful floral aromas of blooming roses.

Palate:

This wine offers beautiful consistency and density, with crisp, sparkling fruity notes and fine, silky tannins. A fresh, balanced wine with subtle aging.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Country terrine, homemade pâté en croûte, grilled meats, flank steak with shallots, slow-cooked tender suckling pig ribs, fondue bourguignonne.
