Held together by a beautiful freshness, the 2022 white Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Mouches is an exceptional wine with complex aromas. White flowers, notes of toasted hazelnut and almond, white fruits, and citrus create a luxurious bouquet. The broad, vibrant texture combines richness, structure, and minerality with elegance. This wine offers great fullness and perfect balance, reminiscent of the elegance of a Bâtard-Montrachet and the depth of a Corton-Charlemagne.Vinification:
Hand harvested in open crates. Slow pressing of whole grapes in a pneumatic press. The last pressings are separated from the free-run juice. The whites are transferred to barrels immediately after settling. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aged for 16 to 18 months in oak barrels from French forests, 20 to 25% of which are new.Biodynamic wine.
