With a beautiful maturity, shaped by a silky and abundant bubble, it unfolds a wide palate carried by a vibrant minerality, a chalky tonality, and notes of white fruits and vine flowers. It is a very refined, fresh and light wine that seduces by its finesse and elegance. A tonic champagne, with a comfortable bubble, both complex and accessible, perfect with gravlax salmon, grilled sole or a Brie de Melun.Vinification:

The AR Lenoble Champagne House has won the heart of the most demanding wine lovers.
