Wine:
Digestible and precise, the 2021 red Puglia Ripe Alte IGP opens with a very floral nose, of rose in particular, in a delicate, fresh, delicately spicy profile. With aeration, a small touch of violet is delicately integrated. The juicy palate is light and combines a good maturity of the harvest with delicate tannins and a superb freshness, all in a digestible and appetizing whole. Ideal to pair with an entire meal, or with the panoply of Italian cuisine, such as pizza, gnocchi or grilled fish with rosemary. Rated 92+/100 by the Committee.Color:
