Wine:

Since its first vintage in 2005, the 2022 Red Corbières-Boutenac Atal Sia  perfectly illustrates Languedoc excellence and the domain's expertise. This fully ripe vintage, with notes of spices, pepper, and violet, delivers a pulpy and indulgent juice, both fresh and ample. It's a wine of great breadth, full-bodied and rich without being heavy in style; an ideal choice for a meat dish in sauce. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Carbonic maceration for all grape varieties, vatting for 12 days. Aged for 12 months in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.

Deep ruby red.

Nose:

Fresh aromas of crunchy red and black fruits, notes of dried herbs and a hint of cocoa.

Palate:

Gourmet and rich, this wine offers delicate tannins, subtle spicy/peppery flavors and powerful juice without heaviness.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Prime rib, cassoulet, duck confit and Sarladaises potatoes.
