Wine:

Light and refined, crafted with minimal added sulphur, the 2024 Touraine White Trinqu’âmes captures all the vibrant energy of a beautifully pure Sauvignon Blanc, with exotic aromas of passion fruit and delicate white flowers. Bright and fresh, it delivers impressive texture and density, with refreshing, mouthwatering fruit balanced by perfect ripeness. Best enjoyed now, especially alongside spring salads — this is a wine made to shine at the table.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in fibreglass vats, aged on fine lees for 4 months. Bottled in February 2025.

Light golden yellow, brilliant.

Nose:

A nose marked by exotic notes and passion fruit, all on a fresh and ripe background, with subtle ageing.

Palate:

A Sauvignon Blanc marked by a subtle varietal note, offering uncommon density and texture. Fresh and mouthwatering, it finishes with a lively, tangy lift that leaves you reaching for another sip.
