Domaine Vincent Pinard - Sancerre - Florès - Blanc - 2021

Wine:

An intense and extremely tasty expression of Sauvignon Blanc, the 2021 White Sancerre Florès is a very beautiful Sancerre with a rare concentration. Juicy, delicate, and smooth, it finds this time again, on this fresh and punchy vintage, a perfect expression. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with fish tartar or shellfish. A bottle always cherished by our Committee!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, indigenous yeasts, aged on lees: 70% in wooden vats and 30% in stainless steel tanks. Wine not filtered.

The estate is 100% organic and biodynamic, with no need for certification.

Color:

Bright light golden yellow.

Nose:

Fresh with floral flavors and citrus notes.

Palate:

Fruity and well-balanced, this wine is complex and fresh with mineral and floral notes. A real pleasure !

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, seafood, fish, pike quenelles, vegetables, spicy dishes.
