Wine:

Expressing all the freshness and minerality of Bué's caillottes terroir, the 2022 white Sancerre is a pure, unadorned wine, showing the full maturity of the vintage. The structure remains acidic, elegant, and far from technical: this is definitely Sancerre! What a pleasure as an aperitif, with a tasting of Chavignol goats' cheeses or a fine white fish. A wine to be enjoyed slowly over the next 3 years. A Selection Committee Favorite.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation in vats, then matured on lees for several months.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Very pure, marked by a beautiful expression of freshness and minerality.

Palate:

This elegantly acidic wine reveals a beautiful Sauvignon grape variety!

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
