Wine:

Dominated by cabernet franc, the 2023 Vin de France L'Enjouée Red offers a straightforward expression built around juicy, generous fruit, with subtle spicy and graphite notes. This is a red with great lift and immediate appeal, ideal at the start of a meal or with grilled dishes. It charms with its fruit expression and superbly easy-drinking balance, best enjoyed in its youthful prime.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, 95% of the grapes come from the family vineyard and 5% are purchased from young neighboring winegrowers. The Gamay is vinified as whole bunches and the other varieties are destemmed. Short aging in underground vats. Filtered before bottling.

Garnet red with carmine highlights, brilliant.

Nose:

A nose marked by delicate spicy and graphite flavors.
