Wine:
The 2021 red Chinon L'Huisserie, a single-vineyard cuvée, is a study in subtlety and restraint, featuring characteristic notes of charcoal and graphite from beautifully mature Cabernet. Still robust, with a high concentration of substance and tannins, it will gracefully unfold over the coming years, boasting a storage potential of over 20 years. Superb, as always!Vinification:
