With 3 stars in the French wine guide RVF, Domaine des Roches Neuves is one of the Loire Valley’s true benchmarks in Saumur. Thierry Germain, now joined by his son Louis and daughter Jeanne, has taken the estate to the top, championing a style built on purity and striking freshness.

His sharp instinct, biodynamic approach and masterful touch in the cellar shape wines with a personality all their own. They combine ripe Cabernet fruit with finely judged barrel aging, resulting in aromas that are floral, juicy and vibrant.

This iconic Loire Valley estate, now in the safe hands of the next generation, stands among the highest standards of French wine. The recent White wines shine with remarkable saline brilliance, capturing the chalky essence of Chenin Blanc grown on tuffeau limestone. As for the Red wines, they deliver a rare balance, both crisp and finely chiseled. Sheer artistry.
