Originating from a gabbro terroir and aged in concrete eggs, the 2021 white Vin de France Gaïa delves deeper into the mineral and bitter definition characteristic of wines from the great Muscadet terroirs, emphasizing its saline dimension and remarkable purity. With a perfect floral expression and subtle citrus notes, this white wine, matured in an ovoid tank, follows a path of precision and vitality, positioning it alongside the great Chablis... It shines among the finest French whites! Undoubtedly one of the most prominent cuvées from Muscadet at the moment. Rated 95/100 by RVF.Vinification:
Hand-picked. Average age of vines: 60 years. Natural vinification, 100% indigenous yeasts, no oenological products, no added yeast, no enzymes, no cold. Aged 24 months on lees in ovoid concrete tanks. Bottled in September 2023.Certified organic and biodynamic by Biodyvin.
