Firm and slender, the 2021 White Dry Vouvray preserves the identity of its terroir while producing a very affordable wine. A slender and prominent backbone and notes of fresh herbs and citrus fruits make up this perfectly mastered wine, with just the right amount of fat and a beautiful saline freshness. A model of dry Chenin rated 92/100 RVF.Vinification:
Hand harvested, aged for about 7 months in old oak barrels of 300L.Residual sugar : 2,7g/l.
