Wine:

Delicate and nuanced, the 2021 Côtes de Provence Tentations Rosé perfectly embodies the Mediterranean shoreline! Light and elegant, it opens on blood orange aromas, revealing in the palate a sapid, acidulous rosé of delicate style. Perfect to pair with small fried foods or seafood or an aperitif!

Vinification:

Purchase of grapes or musts (grape juice) coming from the terroirs near the Estate : Canton of La Crau and Carqueiranne. These grapes are vinified and blended at Clos Cibonne. During the vinification, the juice is kept cold for an optimal extraction of the aromas. After settling, the wine is aged on fine lees for 8 to 10 weeks.

Color:

Very pale, brilliant rosé.

Nose:

Fine and nuanced through notes of orange.

Palate:

Both sapid and acidic, this wine reveals a delicate, light and very elegant style. This rosé will be ideal for the aperitif!

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Aperitif, seafood, small fry.

In a historic and preserved enclave on the edge of the sea stands Clos Cibonne. An incredible estate that enjoys a special terroir where the Tibouren grape variety expresses itself admirably. This old endemic variety, which you will not find anywhere else, makes for very original wines that confirm the region’s high potential and the vision and mastery of Brigitte and Claude Deforges, its talented winemakers. 


Since 2005, they have added another string to their success: a selective and demanding activity of wine merchants which allows them to elaborate a more accessible range called "Tentations", from a rigorous selection of grapes or wines.
