Wine:

A trio of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Clairette, gently pressed as whole clusters, the 2018 Dolia White from IGP Alpilles stands out in the Provençal landscape—where underripeness and sharp acidity often dominate—with its gorgeous texture and distinctive aniseed notes. This is a stunning white wine, marked by refined bitterness and layered with hints of honey and exotic fruit, still taut from its aging in sandstone vessels. In this cooler vintage, it will need time to fully blossom. Rated 94/100 by the French wine guide RVF.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, direct pressing without destemming, fermentation in ovoid tanks, aged for 12 months on the lees in ovoid concrete tanks. Unfiltered wine.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Intense, bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Aromas of yellow fruits emphasised by a hint of aniseed.

Palate:

On the palate, this wine delights with its delicate bitterness, vibrant fruit flavors, and a refreshingly crisp structure.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

From now until 2030
